Building tools to streamline internal initiatives

SUMMARY

With thousands of employees and third-party groups working on Dell projects, it's crucial to make sure the right people have the information and tools they need.

The first Dell tool we worked on was "theSpot." We created an easily navigable, user-friendly hub to give their sales team an up-to-date product and performance information.

Later on, we helped maintain order across Dell's digital properties by overhauling their online design library. Consistent branding was safe once more.

BUSINESS TOOLS

Empowering a sales team with a dynamic tool

It's essential for the Dell sales team to receive and manage product information, sales incentives and performance tracking. Unfortunately, that meant checking in on multiple touchpoints and programs to get the scoop. So we made things easy by building "theSpot" to equip them with everything in one place — from educational courses and comparison tools to goals and commissions and reports.

BUSINESS TOOLS

Streamlining asset handoff and marketing process

Dell needed to organize a massive amount of design content so employees and third-party groups could maintain a consistent customer experience across every digital property. We overhauled their existing design library to create an easy-to-use interface that sorted the design assets, frameworks, style guide and best practices.

USER RESEARCH

Putting User Needs First

Before each project, we work to become experts on the needs of those involved in Dell projects. As a result, both tools we built were carefully mapped for optimal functionality and user flow.

The Spot Dashboard

"I certainly value our partnership with you and your team. I couldn't ask for a more collaborative, cohesive and professional group of people to work alongside."
