CSID is a major player in the identity protection industry, powering more than 70 percent of retail identity protection companies. As the company evolved its marketing and sales strategies, it required an online brand to match its new level of sophistication.

Talking To?

To get a better sense of target audience impressions, as well as the perspectives of employees, we drafted questionnaires, which were sent to CSID teams and end customers. Along with secondary research, results gleaned from the questionnaires formed the ground floor for target audience personas. Personas served as a north star for content recommendations throughout the site redesign process.

A Great Look, with Room to Grow

The redesigned CSID site advances a modern, professional visual identity for the brand. The site takes full advantage of an iconography system and marketing strategy that designate core solution paths, along with cross-linking strategies to promote press coverage and CSID’s blog content. And under the hood, a custom-configured back-end CMS offers immense flexibility, paving the way for the CSID team to easily add additional products and pages as their needs evolve.
