Springbox Expands Mike Bullock's General Manager Role; Welcomes Leland Means
Austin, TX — Jan 12, 2011
Springbox, an interactive services agency that provides best-in-class digital marketing solutions, announced the expansion of existing General Manager, Mike Bullock's role to include overall agency leadership, finance and new business. In addition, Springbox has appointed newcomer Leland Means as Director of Business Development and Analytics.
Mike Bullock was appointed General Manager in mid-2010 from his role as Group Account Director, and is now adding to his duties by overseeing daily operations, finances and team leadership, as well as continuing efforts with new business. In his previous role, Bullock led the account service team and was responsible for the agency's new business development efforts. Prior to Springbox, Bullock held leadership roles in finance and marketing at Dell and in systems design at Sears.
Bullock moved agency-side to Springbox to fulfill his creative passions and discovered that he was able to draw on his client-side history, using successful Fortune 500 strategies and tactics to develop viable long-term solutions that work for clients.
In Leland Means' new role as Director of Business Development and Analytics with Springbox, he will lead the agency's global business development and foster new client relationships. Prior to joining Springbox, Means was an executive at Dell where he directed brand marketing and global partnerships for consumer and small-to medium-sized businesses.
As a graduate of University of Texas at Austin, Means is a long-time Austinite and when he isn't building metaphorical bridges at the office, he can be found participating in adventure races, mountain biking, trail running and paddling through the beautiful scenic landscape of the city.
"We look for passionate, driven people that are capable of balancing hard work and pressure while having fun along the way," said Mike Bullock. "With the addition of Leland to our highly skilled and passionate team of professionals, Springbox is now in a stronger position than ever before."
