Springbox Collaborates With AMD On Collateral Generator
Austin, TX — Apr 15, 2010
Austin interactive marketing agency Springbox and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) announce the launch of the AMD Collateral Generator. Built for AMD enthusiasts, the tool enables you to assemble, customize and download digital collateral such as digital signatures and wallpapers. The launch marks the completion of phase two for the project, which includes new features for social networking, user flow and more.
In a joint effort by Springbox and AMD to create brand awareness, The Collateral Generator is a tool that will be used within the AMD Underground campaign. While Springbox designed the user interface, templates, and backgrounds, AMD created customizable elements for each collateral piece. The HTML tool also utilizes ImageDraw technology to build composite images.
Within the Collateral Generator, users have the option of customizing a digital signature or desktop wallpaper. Next, they select a theme and apply a background. Users then have the ability to customize their design — for wallpapers, you add images, and for signatures, you add images and text. In addition, users can modify their layout and see proportional changes in real time. Each customized design can easily be saved out to the desktop or shared on social networking platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
After phase one drew great response from AMD, Springbox engaged in a second phase that would provide enhanced features. The steps of the tool were reorganized to bring a more user-friendly experience, and new additions to the back-end were implemented to allow AMD more customization for the future.
"Projects like the Collateral Generator are what the team loves to engage in," says Account Director Mike Bullock. "It's a combination of new ideas, collaboration and customization. We're excited to move into new territory with AMD."
