Springbox, an Austin-based interactive marketing firm, has partnered with Perry Homes to overhaul and enhance the leading luxury home builder’s digital assets. With the goal of increased online conversion rates, improved presentation of new homes and a brand-centric user experience, the project will drastically change the face of PerryHomes.com.

Perry Homes enlisted Springbox to evaluate its site’s success in facilitating the home-buying process. Springbox proposed a series of strategic changes aimed at extending the home builder’s reputation of quality to the internet. The finished site will act as a true real-estate portal, allowing customers to find the right property at the right price quickly and easily. Intuitive search engines will give access to floor plans, maps and photographs.
