What did you do before joining Springbox?
Prior to joining Springbox, I worked at SicolaMartin, a full-service agency here in Austin that is part of the WPP/Y&R network. I focused mainly on B2B technology clients, including Dell, Red Hat, SAP and Sybase.
Where do you find inspiration?
Art, music, food and smart people. At the risk of sounding cheesy, a lot of the smart people that I currently find inspiring are here at Springbox. They really make me strive to be better and I'm learning a lot.
Which websites have inspired you recently?
I'm a big fan of Threadless. It's relevant to a project I'm currently working on and a big source of inspiration.
Which trends in interactive are you currently paying attention to?
I'm really interested to see what happens with social commerce. I've been reading a lot lately about significant increases in merchant product listings on Facebook and more credible uses for Facebook credits. But it will be interesting to see if it becomes mainstream enough to rival traditional e-commerce.
